SWIM SCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (READ CAREFULLY) Fees are payable in advance for the term unless a prior special arrangement is made. I have the right to refuse entrance to a pupil if no payment has been received. 1. My fees are paid termly, one month’s written notice, *MONTH’S NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN PRIOR TO THE START OF THE NEXT TERM AND CANNOT BE GIVEN ONCE THE TERM IS UNDERWAY, FULL PAYMENT FOR TERM WILL BE DUE. One month’s fees in lieu of terminating lessons, amount will be based on the duration of the term. Please note: You will be charged a one month’s fee if you let me know at the last moment you are not returning!2. PLEASE DO NOT SIT ANYWHERE OTHER THAN ALLOTTED SEATING AREAS 3. NO SITTING IN TEACHERS CHAIR OR STANDING ON POOLDECK OVERLOOKING POOL WHILE LESSONS ONGOING. 4. STRICTLY NO VIDEOING OR PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED WITHOUT FULL PERMISSION OF PARENT AND TEACHER 5. NO CHANGING OF CHILDREN ON POOL DECK PLEASE 6. All children to wear a cap ( I DO HAVE CAPS AND GOGGLES FOR SALE) 7. It is your responsibility to ensure all lessons are attended as lessons missed due to illness or holidays etc. cannot easily be made up. 8. Lessons not cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be considered for a make up. 9. Please do not ask me for a make up lesson if you decide it is too cold to attend. My pool is heated and indoors. 10. If, however, I should need to cancel lessons for any reason OTHER THAN LIGHTNING, every endeavour will be made to make these lessons up. 11. I reserve the right to make a decision as to swimming DURING a storm accompanied by severe lightning for safety reasons. 12. It is your responsibility to be on time for lessons. 13. No cellphone calls to be taken on pooldeck 14. STRICTLY NO RUNNING ON POOLDECK 15. STRICTLY NO EATING ON POOLDECK 16. Please note, my teaching area cannot accommodate prams and extra people as space is limited. Parents, please refrain from bringing siblings who are not swimming, to lessons 17. If you are unable to leave siblings at home please make use of the outdoor play area and sit with them outside as it is unsafe and a distraction to have little ones mobile on pool deck. 18. Please refrain from rearranging seating in the viewing area so as not to interfere with the lesson or block entrance and exit areas 19. PLEASE, preferably make use of change rooms to change in and leave toilets open for their purpose. 20. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE SWIM SCHOOL PREMISES 21. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OVERDUE NON PAYMENT OF FEES WILL RESULT IN BEING HANDED OVER FOR DEBT COLLECTION
